Scheduling
To secure your desired time, make your reservation early. If you would like to request a particular therapist, please let us know when you book your appointment. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments due to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel without charge. Those that fail to show up will be charged the full amount. Those that cancel within 24 hours of apt. time will only be charged 50% of the service(s) price. Private parties and groups of 4 or more are required to give 48 hour notice to change services, re-schedule or cancel.

Parking
Complimentary parking is provided on a first come first serve basis at our spa locations.

Our 611 S. Coast Hwy location has an underground parking garage that is located below the spa and the Laguna Surf Resort. The entrance to the garage reads, "Laguna Surf Only," but the first left hand spaces are clearly marked for the day spa.

The 2007 S. Coast Hwy location has parking behind the spa.

Punctuality
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your treatment will start promptly on schedule. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Upon Arriving
Feel free to arrive wearing whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and slippers for your convenience. Men having facials should shave no less than two hours prior to their service.

During Your Visit
To get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your therapist. Fresh fruit and cheese and crackers are available to add to any service for an additional fee of $10 per person and must be scheduled in advance. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone, and keep conversations quiet please.

Gratuities
18% gratuity is recommended for packages and treatments received at the spa.

Age Requirements
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent to sign a release form in order to receive services. The parent can decide whether or not to accompany the child into the treatment room.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are always available. They are non-refundable, but they are indeed transferable. They can be purchased for a dollar amount or any service(s). Purchasing a gift certificate can be done over the phone or in person at the spa.

If You Are Pregnant
Consent is requested from you physician before scheduling your service(s). We require that you sign a waiver of liability prior to beginning any spa treatment(s). Let us know when you make your reservation which trimester you will be in at your apt. time.
